This album is a collection of free solo piano improvisations, which were recorded at Cortez in Mito, Japan. I have performed several times here with my Japan Quartet as well as with my Reis Demuth Wiltgen Trio. This particular venue and its welcoming owner Mr. Ito has since had a big influence on me and has become like a second home to me. This album is a dedication to the city of Mito.
